El técnico estará altamente capacitado para brindar una oportuna respuesta a las necesidades del entorno, desempeñando funciones relacionadas con la atención, cuidado y educación de los niños y niñas en la etapa de la primera infancia, de
acuerdo a la promoción en salud, nutrición, prácticas de vida saludable y prevención de la enfermedad, además de la protección y restauración de los derechos.
